8.01 Other events.
A major
customer of SCI Engineered Materials, Inc. (SCI) has informed the Company that
it intends to purchase a high value raw material directly and ship it to the
Company for processing. Previously, SCI had purchased this material.
It is anticipated that this change will not materially impact net income, but
will result in lower revenue and higher gross profit margin compared to prior
periods.
